1. What we collect
Brazilkeys collects information you voluntarily provide through our contact and matching forms: name, email, phone (optional), city of interest, budget range, timeline, and goal. We also collect standard analytics data (page views, referrer, device type) through Google Analytics 4.
2. How we use it
Your form data is used solely to match you with one or more vetted real estate brokers in Brazil. We may also send you occasional updates about Brazilian real estate (market reports, new city coverage, regulatory changes) — you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We share your brief with the broker(s) we match you to. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Brokers in our network sign confidentiality agreements covering buyer-lead data.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies do not personally identify you and are governed by Google's privacy policy.
5. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD)
You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@brazilkeys.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Data retention
Inquiry data is retained for 3 years after your last interaction. Analytics data follows Google's standard 14-month retention.
7. Favorites and localStorage
When you favorite a listing, we store the listing slug in your browser's localStorage — locally, on your device. This data never leaves your browser unless you submit it via a form.
