Does Brazilkeys take a commission on closed deals?
No. The monthly subscription is the only fee. We do not insert ourselves between you and the buyer, do not take a referral cut, and do not require commission disclosure. Your transaction is your transaction.
Who owns the lead?
You do. When a buyer inquires on one of your listings, their contact goes directly to your inbox. Brazilkeys receives a CC copy for QA only (we measure response time as part of platform quality control) and discards it after 90 days.
Can I list rentals as well as sales?
Yes. Both for-sale and short-term-rental inventory work on the platform. Most premium brokerages have both — our anchor partner (Art de Vivre) lists ADV001, for example, as both a R$ 28M sale and a by-the-night STR.
What's the CRECI verification process?
We verify your CRECI number against the state CRECI registry, confirm the brokerage license is active, and check for any open ethics complaints. Standard process — same as any premium portal.
Do you charge per lead?
No. Unlike Vivareal or ZAP, you do not pay per lead, per contact, or per inquiry. The monthly subscription covers unlimited inbound on your listings.
What if my listings are in Portuguese?
Standard and Professional tiers include English copy editing — our team reviews your Portuguese listings, prepares English versions, and publishes both. You retain final approval on all copy.
What's the cancellation policy?
Month-to-month, cancel any time, 30 days' notice. No long-term contracts. We're a platform for brokerages that bring foreign-buyer inventory — if it's not working for you, it's not working for us either.
